The Timing of Your Meals

The timing of our meals makes all the difference in the world. We need to eat w/in 1 hour of waking & 4 hours thereafter. But, it’s not always easy to eat right after we wake up, not to mention to have to eat every 4 hours.

It is so important to eat every 4 hours because the brain and nervous system can only store enough brain fuel, that’s glucose, for about four hours.

So, eat every 4 hours. Timing is everything.
