Being raised as an "army brat", Marta was blessed to travel and live all over the world. Aside from her acting career, Marta puts on plays for local schoolchildren.

Kaiser Permanente’s Peer Sex Education Program

Marta McGonagle, and other actors, David Guerra, Erika Ringo, and Buster Rojas, participate in the “Peer Education” Program funded by Kaiser Permanente to promote communication between peers and parents with pre-teen kids regarding sex education: Diseases, Emotional Effects, Lifetime effects such as pregnancy, abortion, college, etc. It’s a great program!

SAG Actors, we wanted to bring to your attention an editorial written by voice actor Hector Herrera that appeared in the Spring 2009 edition of Screen Actor; the Screen Actors Guild Magazine that goes out to all SAG members. Hector is a National Spanish Language Media Task Force member for the Screen Actors Guild. The editorial is entitled, “Ask What You Can Do For Your Union.”
