In the acting world, someone may be an “extra” on a set today and next year the director of an independent film you would die to have a part in. Regardless of one’s position on or off the set, treating everyone as our equal displays not only our respect for them as human beings but it shows that we have respect for ourselves.
And, remember, half of life is just showing up. Know where you want to go. Have purpose and direction.
