Scotty Dugan, former associate international editor of The Hollywood Reporter and head of Dugan & Story PR, whose clients have included perennial Oscar announcer Randy Thomas and “24” and “The Sopranos” regular Louis Lombardi, passed away traveling to the funeral for John Atterberry, the music executive and film producer who was killed in the Dec. 9 shooting at the intersection of Sunset Blvd. and Vine St. in Hollywood.
Scotty Dugan was the friend to many and managed successful careers of many.
