Most of us have goals we want to accomplish in the coming year; New Year’s resolutions, dreams, and practical results we want to create. One mistake people often make is that they don’t put in place a meaningful and effective structure for fulfillment - literally, a structure to support the accomplishment of their dreams and goals. Join Shawn Tolleson (writer, director and career coach) and Aimee Atwell (actress, TV host and producer) in a workshop on designing a breakthrough for 2010. They have coached writers in securing TV staff writing jobs, directors in attaching star actors to their projects, and producers in securing financing and enrolling high-level producing partners for their projects just to name just a few accomplishments. Come prepared to share the goals you are passionate about, and you’ll leave with tangible tools for accomplishing them!

Learn about the purpose of a demo reel and the three things every agent, manager, and casting director wants, how to pick the right scenes and leave out the wrong ones, and how to find the right editor whether you’re creating your first demo reel, or updating it for the 10th time. Robert Campbell hails from the California Bay Area. He studied editing in New York in 2003, and founded his demo reel company, QuickNickel, in December 2004. He has written articles for Now Casting, and Actors Access, and presented demo reel seminars for SAG, AFTRA, Act Now, WCI Acting Studios, and The Acting Buzz.
